  everyone, hadenuf is out of surgery.

  mumsy had knee replacement.

  from what i know she is in alot of pain.

  Hadenuf Do exactly what they tell you to do. It will be very hard at first, but it gets easier every day. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Please tell your Dentist, before your next appointment. HL

  JWs who were actually cool

  we always talk about the crazy j-dub fundy types, but i knew some cool jws (co, do, bethelites, pio) during my time.

  this is kind of a "where are they now" post along with acknowledginig some jws who were cool and down-to-earth.

  as with most "cool" and good people in the borg, most of them are either not jws anymore (burned out) or are not "serving" in responsible positions (funny how that works, isn't it).

  4 teenage girls going to a swimming hole. We go to the 4th girls house. She comes running out with a dress on and a book bag. She says to step on it! We tell her we aren't going out in service. She knows. Thats the only way she could get out of the house. Her swimsuit and other clothes are at the bottom. LOL I was appalled when I was younger. I knew she was bad association. But she was about 3 years older than me, and from a different congragation, so I didn't have much association with her anyway. I sure didn't rat her out.

  She moved away and got a fantastic job in Dallas. And wrote to the Society a Disassociation Letter. OMG Her name was Patsy P. Now I think she was the coolest person I knew as a teenager.

  My little brother (the pious pustule elder) later married her sister. She just turned into a slut. He remarried a reg. pioneer, with everybodys blessings. HL

  a recent thread where people were recommending music for someone going through a breakup, reminded me of the movie high fidelity.. the main charatcer, rob lists his top 5 breakup albums (and songs too i think, does anyone know what they were?).

  Bill Gates' wife. I do think he is kinda hot. I could travel, and give money away. Everytime I dream of winning the lottery, the first thing I think of is paying off my babysitters house, and getting her a new car, buying my sister a house, etc. When I drop my daughter off at Girl Scout Camp, I see old mattresses, and a leaky roof or two. No air conditioning. I would love to fix up the whole camp.

  Can you imagine being able to help whole groups of people. Build after school buildings, with sports and homework help.

  All while being married to the richest man in the world. HL
